1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlasia ("jlasia," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlasia.cam. These Terms apply to all products, services, features, and promotions made available through the jlasia platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

By completing the jlasia account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager on any game offered through jlasia, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to use the jlasia platform, you must:

jlasia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on jlasia. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. jlasia reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and pending transactions.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. jlasia is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlasia login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify jlasia support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account. jlasia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlasia are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlasia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable limits.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are specified in the Payments section of your jlasia account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your jlasia wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and Maya transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible.
• jlasia reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Any deposit or withdrawal activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the player without prior written consent of jlasia are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

jlasia does not charge fees on standard deposits. Transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlasia offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on jlasia:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per offer.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly permitted by the current promotion's terms.
• jlasia reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time if misuse, abuse, or system exploitation is suspected.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple players — will be voided and the associated accounts may be terminated.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlasia platform — including bingo, slots, Teen Patti, Crazy 777, live dealer games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These individual game rules supplement these Terms and are to be read in conjunction with them.

jlasia uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are facilitated by certified live studio providers. Bets that are accepted and confirmed by the jlasia system are final and binding.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, jlasia reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Disconnections during gameplay are the player's responsibility. jlasia is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, algorithmic vulnerabilities, or game logic errors constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
• jlasia's sports betting results are finalized based on official governing body results (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, IFAF). In-play bet settlements may differ from pre-match settlements as per the specific sports betting rules published on the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlasia and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing platform limits;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any jlasia game or service;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that obscures the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through jlasia;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes of sports events on which bets are placed through jlasia;
• Providing false, misleading, or impersonated identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using jlasia's platform to facilitate any transaction prohibited under Philippine law or applicable international regulations.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlasia platform — including but not limited to the jlasia brand name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of jlasia or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlasia platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jlasia content without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

jlasia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the jlasia platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jlasia implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and jlasia's servers. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlasia and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from service interruptions.

jlasia's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jlasia in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jlasia platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. jlasia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or any game available thereon.

11 Termination & Account Closure

jlasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlasia support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be reviewed and returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

12 Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 11 above. Your continued use of the jlasia platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlasia platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with jlasia support via live chat or email. jlasia commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority.
